In Healthy recipes
I just paid $4.99 to buy the application Instacart on my iPhone. I did not use it yet, but one thing I was expected to have is not in this application. I wanted to share my own recipes, make the list of the groceries in the different stores and share my list with my subscribers. I guess that this is a work in progress. Still, I can shop groceries and have them delivered anywhere so that's a way to work a new gig, making the recipes, shopping online and having the groceries delivered to my customers. The application allows to create as many groups as I want and share the lists with each group so I can work on a daily or weekly basis. That way, I can combine my work as a personal assistant with different homes, prepare the shopping list, be there when it's delivered, cook ahead for the week and save some time. Instacart is not an application that you can share on a forum, but it is definitively an application to share with good friends. What I like are the many stores that use this service and especially my favorite ones such Sprouts, Ralphs, Total Wine and Whole Foods. I can combine the orders for different customers and save time on groceries to have more time for my researches and my cooking of quality food. The time for research is utmost precious to make a good meal. By knowing the products, their flavors, the kind of "surprise" we can have, but also the way to complement, is the way to be a good chef. Shopping groceries is 90% of a good recipe especially when you work with high quality profiles... and children. High quality profiles can forgive a mistake, children, never. I am not the kind of chef to cook every week the same thing, so I spend some time in the stores to hunt for products, ideas, specials, novelties and of course, the good surprise to put on a table, such flowers, decorations, snacks, small things that make life happier. I love shopping wine and I love tasting the wines I shop because this is the way for me to learn and be a better buyer. I love also to shop breads, cheese, and after all, I was born in France so I love also to have spirits in my pantry. I always have spirits in my pantry, those I buy and those I create. I always have spices in my pantry, those I hunt and those I am lucky enough to find in my errands... because doing errands is the proper word for me. If I translate in French, that would mean wandering.... I love food. I love eating. I love cooking. I love having a big dinner with friends and cooking something special, that they will remember. I am a dreamer and an epicurean. An application has no sense to me if not to go bigger, wilder and way more out of the cart. After all, the good thing about cooking for others is the bill :))) I never pay it. If you want to hire me for your errands, leave a message to my Google Voice at 702-706-2307. I charge $25/hour on full day service, $35/hours on occasional planned demand and $45/hour for emergencies. You can have an idea of my services here: https://eimablank.wixsite.com/eimablank Don't book online since my calender is not up to date. I am booked part time until January, but I can work early in the morning to make your menus and shop your groceries online. After January, many projects are already under discussion so plan ahead if you want to hire me. In the meantime, don't forget to subscribe to the newsletter. To use INSTACART, and support the forum, you can use the code SGERMAIN12D11A .

In Women in history
I think I have always tried to be one of those women who make history. It is not something that I have done consciously or that I have been willing to do, but most likely my life, my experience of life since childhood has brought me to fight for a change. I have grown fighting, I became an adult fighting, I am getting old fighting too. What I fight for are my rights as a woman. I have so many things to say about my own experience that I will try to elaborate here, as one of those women who were the first in something. You can read this page before you read anything else I write in this forum: https://www.theosdoron.com/about You can also follow the links on this page: https://www.theosdoron.com/book A while ago, I have given interviews to newspapers, radio shows and TV shows and I have always been very surprised with the kind of questions that were asked to me. I was doing my things because I followed a dream, I followed my ideas, I worked hard to elaborate my ideas into concepts and demonstrations, but I never realized that my experience was the same as a dancer. Behind the stage, there are a lot of efforts and on the stage, everything looks fluid, easy and natural. It did not look easy or natural to the public and neither did it to me but at some point, what I have done created a separation between me and other women that seamed to be inaccessible for them while they believed that it was easy and natural to me and only to me, not to them. One of my goals as a Carpent'Hers is to demonstrate that my difference is not to be a woman, but my difference is to have ambitions. In the kind of ambitions that I put into my perspective, there is a world of architecture, and I am no more different than any men architect and carpenters are to the other men, but I am not a carpenter also. I am a Carpent'Hers, farther than building something for myself or for my customers and for an individual purpose, I try to put my experience into a bigger scenario. This scenario is womanhood in History.

In Healthy recipes
People always ask me my recipes. I don't have any. I create with the best products I find on the market and I elaborate my pharmacy accordingly to my customers' need in order to add flavors and tastes with spices and herbs. Those are the books I use for cooking. The only recipes I find inside are the bests herbs for an healthier life and then, it's an art composition everyday. The purpose of this forum is to help any woman to become an artist. I find recipes in other books at the library and I mix with my books to make a dinner.

In Your art projects
Everything on theosdoron.com is about my art so I will not elaborate in this forum, unless you have questions and you wish to engage a conversation about my artwork. What I hope to find here are pictures and writing of other artists who might be inspired from my own work or who would like to share something new that is related to the same subjects as theosdoron.com. Art is not my way of living. Art is only a complement, that if ever I sell, might pay some of my materials, website and my costs for writing, but my wish is and has always been to stay free from the burden of productive art. I don't want to be an artisan in art, mastering a technique to make identical piece of work that customers may ask. I want to create what I feel to create at the time I am creating, what means that I have another job. I am a Carpent'Hers, which is a philosophy by itself on which I might elaborate later. As a Carpent'Hers, this is one of my late realizations. One of my dreams was to build a chapel. I just made a pergola this time, but the lights and the shadows are close to enlarge the frame into a bigger picture. I have many other projects, and I hope to hear from yours.

In Your social projects
This forum is my social project, it's a way to interact with other people and sometimes to answer some conversations I have in the real life, such sharing recipes, documenting some saying and engaging my readers to respond and/or to start their own thread. If you are engaged into a church, an association, a political movement, a club, a demonstration, an event, you can share your thoughts here. This forum is monitored what means that improper content would be blocked. Anything that would degrade women, mock, viciously insult or engage the conversation in some kind of aggressive content would be deleted. Still, the space is large enough for everybody to be positive, constructive, thoughtful and useful to the community.

In Religion
If we look back into the history of Humanity, it is unclear when the monkey became a human, but many factors bring an animal to become most likely like human. Having tears is very often perceived as a way to show sensitivity. Laughing also represents some kind of sensitive perception, but most animals do have tears, laugh, play, have joy and pain. Emotions are not a factor of Humanity but what most likely brings a monkey to become human is the relation the monkey relates himself and his siblings to death, the afterlife, the rest of the body, the feeling of a soul, the hope of a soul. If you see an animal facing the death of his siblings, you will see pain, despair, depression, incomprehension, solitude, sorrow and sadness. The animal understands that his sibling has changed nature, that the flesh of the body becomes cold, solid like stone then rotten and stinky. This is no more resembling anything but dust and bones. An animal will still remember his sibling alive but he will forget the dead one. It is usually marked as a proof of evolution when the monkey started to build a grave, then to leave food and gifts for his dead ones. That's when the afterlife became somehow the beginning of a form of humanity showing the belief that the body maybe dead but that the soul inside the body maybe had survived. If there is an afterlife, if there is a soul, if there is a form of energy, then Humanity started to imagine what it is. The soul is like an invisible character living inside the flesh and this character has its temper. Sometimes it wants to get sick. Sometimes it wants to sleep. Sometimes it has dreams. Sometimes, it can be good or bad, leading to good or bad decisions. Shamans were to the primitive world what priests are to the modern world, and the difference is a matter of philosophy. The nature of the monkey has changed every time he found himself in the wrong place, at the wrong time, confronting himself to the real nature. Like bugs will adapt chemicals that you spray to kill them, the monkey has adapted all kind of hostilities. The most effective changing has been confronting himself to the desert where there were no trees to climb, where the sand was easy to dig but also easy to transform like a plaster with a little bit of water. In Egypt, the monkey had the sand and the water just like in Mesopotamia, and maybe it took two different places to grow a monkey, close enough to emulate and far enough to develop independently. The sand and the rivers have settled the monkey. He became a peasant, a merchant and a city builder. He started to trade, to create a value that diversified human activities. While one monkey would grow wheat, the other monkey would extract steel and copper. They would trade food against tools and start a society. Still, it would be a society of monkeys, what ever the tricks they can do to dress, to talk and to develop an industry. Humanity has grown on different roots than the monkey and this is what the Lady Philosophy has done. Some day, it took one woman in the East, one Woman in the West and one woman in the middle to capture the spent of time between two places. The sun would indicate the time, and the space in between two different times would indicate a length. This length is related to the time in a proportional ratio that take two "planets", the Earth and the Sun. The Lady Philosophy was probably a Shaman at the beginning. She started to relate the Sun to the Earth and with her philosophy, she created the numbers. She gave a value to natural phenomenas that we still call nowadays the ratios of Pi and Phi. One day, the Lady Philosophy has stopped to be a Shaman to teach what she had discovered. She had to elaborate concepts, imaginary, representations that any other monkey would understand. She had to simplify her own concepts to make them understandable because deep inside her, she felt that if the monkey would know and understand, he would become more likely a human. With her teaching, the Lady Philosophy became a priest and with her geometry, she created the concepts of a God, something that relates to the mechanic of the planets, of the light, of the life and of course if there is life, she related this geometry to the world of death too. The geometry became an architecture, but it took generations of builders to understand how Pi and Phi would become a symbol. From straw, the builders started to build with stones and from small stones, they started to use bigger stones. The first monument on Earth that translates all the concepts together is the pyramid of Cheops. The pyramid is a scaled representation of life on the Earth. To capture all the beauties at once that truly represent the sense of a God, The Lady Philosophy had to create a language and she had to chose who would receive this language, those who would have a soul to receive it. She could not have been polytheist because she had elaborated the concept of the fulltitude, the infinite compass. The imaginary she had used as a language would be understood by an educated human, while a monkey would only see the surface of all things. In someway, while she created the human believer, she also created the monkey believer who on his own, became another kind of human. There are the humans who see Thot as a bird and the humans who see Thot as a representation of the scale that put humanity on Earth. The feather that comes from the bird is the feather that writes and draws concepts, it is the imaginary that drives the soul to meditate, to transcend his feelings into ideas and his ideas into the concept of a philosophy, something that gravity does not attach to the ground, something that flies and fades in the light. Humanity has created poesy and there would not be any poesy is there would not have been a God. God is a concept that Lady Philosophy has translated into a mechanic, and this mechanic would have eyes, like a bird would have eyes, like a cow would have eyes, like other people related to each other would have eyes. If a cow is not fed with grass and love, she does not give the milk and in the very concept of love, there is the concept of a soul. It takes sometimes several ideas to explain one concept, and ideas are only pictures, the cosmography of the elements. If Isis would have had wings, she would have flied all the way from East to West to capture the light, to capture the life, to give birth to this kind of humanity that became knowledgeable. Isis has become this symbol of motherhood that Christianity named Mary. The Pharaoh became the hight priest and the hight priest became Jesus. It took several generations of philosophers to elaborated this concept of motherhood but the first to name Lady Philosophy was Boethius, the man who deposed the last Roman Emperor. As you see, we still have many ideas to share, many philosophies, many informations, many new discoveries, but what's important and this is why I created this forum, what's important is to never stop searching. It is the research that makes us human. The knowledge by itself is only an imaginary.

In Healthy recipes
Since I arrived in LA, I have had several job positions as a personal assistant, mostly on short missions, for single parents, during their life transitions. Each time, I have been cooking and taking care of the pets. I cook since always. My godmother has been cooking for 3 castles, and she taught me a lot. Her husband and her father where both gardeners, not as a job, but as a duty to feed the family. My father was not that much of a cook, but each time we had family parties, she has done her best with her cooking books and I have learnt recipes that where not "in the family". My nanny and her husband were both great cooks with their own world of recipes. I come from France, the Loire Valley precisely. Food is in my blood literally. The Loire Valley is the center of Epicureanism, and I am an Epicurean. I consider food as a way to enhance my spirit, feel better, think better, live better and have a better quality of relationship with people. Food makes a dinner more happy, memorable and with memories, it builds stronger bonds between a family, friends, business partners, associates and sometimes, even people you never know but who smell the same food, get hungry at the same menu, bring your plates in a restaurant or help you choose a good wine. Life is made of little joys and food make those little joys daily. My experience in America shows how different we people are, and someway, how lucky I have been to grow in the Loire Valley. The Loire Valley is the land of the Queens of France, where most royal castles have been built before Paris became the capital of France. The Loire Valley has been made with all the people working around "this industry of royals" who would expect the best craftsmanship. Food is one of those. I won't share all my recipes, because a chef never shares, but I will give some recipes that I believe, can help other women to improve their quality of life with little tips, little recommendations, little ideas, little things that come on a daily basis. I live a simple life, still, I try to stay healthy. I am going to share the little tips I use to find the time to cook. You are welcome to join the conversation and add your own posts.
