COOKING

I cook and I serve for your family events and reception. I am native from France, have learnt to cook in France with nannies and family, I am very creative and can manage a meal for 18 with 3 days preparation, 10 with 2 days preparation, 6 with one day preparation and up to 4 within only few hours. I manage everything from shopping to service.

The cost is $55/people + travel costs at the rate of $0.56/mile, two ways travel. I can bring home décor and table sets with additional cost. I can also manage the cleaning with additional cost. You only have to provide table, chairs and the kitchen.

One meal is made of a home-made aperitif, an entry, a main meal, cheese with salad, a dessert, a digestive and coffee. I provide the wine, the water and the bread. Additional drinks with additional cost. The service is fashioned French style. I cook everything in your home, so full access must be provided during the cooking. I cook by day also I may have to serve on evenings.

Payment are made 80% before the D-day and 20% after service. I take deposits on table sets. I also accept the tips on service.

I have travelled in Europa and Asia. My cooking is really inspired with my experience. For the first meeting before any event, I take $15 + $0.56/mile two ways travel to come to you, chose the meal, the decoration of the table and prepare the event.

I work alone, but you may take additional servers for large tables or you may give a hand to bring the plates on the table. The entry, the main meal, the cheese and the desert come in different plates that I prepare in the kitchen. About 10 to 15 minutes may spend between each part of the meal (like in a restaurant) and a meal usually lasts up to two hours. This is French home style, with the quality of a restaurant, but the fun and the relaxation of home service. I am not a professional cook, but a good innovative cook that can transform a meal into a travel.

You must take reservations at least 2 weeks before the event. For emergency events, I may add additional cost for last minute organization. I also reserve myself the right to refuse a service if the conditions of cooking are not sufficient.
