The website kidsinthehouse.com has few videos about food education for kids. Here are few I have selected. To start, just an abstract from Elizabeth Pantley, author of "NO-cry solution" book series:
"Children will eat what they are familiar with. So it is a battle, it's challenging to get your child to eat healthy food when he is served other things everywhere else he goes. So don't make it a battle. Serve your child the healthy nutritious food and start teaching him from a young age why we serve certain kind of food. "This food is really good for you, it gives you muscles. This food makes your teeth white and your eyes brighter. This food isn't very good for you at all but it tastes good so we are gonna eat just a little bit of this", and we want to treat our children with respect, they can learn about nutrition from a very young age and learn to make good choices even if bad choices are all around them."
