Have a dream
Mother nature is prosperous and rich, she earns the first and biggest bank of the world. Lands, trees, wild life, and the green green grass of every valley. She might earn also the bugs, the birds, mammals and fish. She might earn some people, not every people, since some of them are foreigners. They come from somewhere, a planet where man is above everything. Those kind of man usually worship profits.
The Middle East, is mostly made of large deserts. No tree, no bird, no bug, no river and no green grass valley. Rivers have long be a communication path that deserts don't have, and the inhabitants of those deserts are very different from other kind of men. Their culture and their own perception of themselves are different. Deserts have been a place for foreigners, where they could made many profits of emptiness. One single product in those deserts can become very rare, because there is not much else to earn.
The world is big. World Trade Markets produce and buy every kinds of products. Chocolate, cotton, tea, rice, iron, gold, there are all kind of products and prices. World Trade Markets make the prices with the regulation of invisible contracts which buy invisible products and raise or lower the prices. This is a kind of magic made on speculations, which means risks and investments.
The Middle East is darken with blood, wars, and territory conflicts. Some people would like to say that the reasons are the oil. Some others say it's finance, and every debates usually conclude with religion. Israeli against the world except that of United-Kingdom and the United-States. Could it be real ?
Since there are no trees, no grass and no flowers in the desert, Mother nature may not be able to say but Middle East has long be a territory of many conflicts, mainly because of trade. The transportations were one of the biggest concern and governing routes involved military forces, administrations, governments and the religions that empower the governments through their international roots.
Middle East has been the land of very Ancient cultures, dominated by other cultures later dominated again. Religions are deeply linked to the power they want to raise. They probably believe very sincerely that they have good reasons, but they are not so sincere when they refuse to see the results.
The Modern History of this region is complex and very dark. So dark, that once, someone must make a choice, everyone must make a choice accordingly of other parameters than the past history. The past history is a matter of conflicts. There is no peace to come out from anger and disillusion. Peace can only be built accordingly to a new project that would involve everyone, enemies and friends into something they can trust, something they would like to build, and involve to dedicate their own future.
I call this project, the "Power Flower", because the flowers are all the people who want to believe in peace, love and fair progress. The Power Flower is what anyone can do, create and imagine to be a stone in the edifice.
There is a social project to build. There are also towns made of roads, houses, businesses, shops, offices, administrations, libraries, schools, museums. The project must bring the belligerents to dream of something good and positive. The project must show them that the economy is not the oil, but the people, and the people can live together whatever are the religions.
I support Israel, and I believe that the mother land would be good to the Palestinian people, because this is the project that I want to trust. Some European countries are building invisible walls with their support into the conflicts while they could also support by defending the people rights to the modernity, the evolution and the peace. And I believe that Israel could offer them peace, modernity and evolution.
Our modern times are questioning the people's rights every day. The rights of the men, the rights of the women, the rights of the children, the rights of the gays. This might be a disturbance to the Middle East, but this is actual, and this must question the old religions. They might have to change and to progress too. They might have to answer the many questions that people may have.
I once met an eminent Egyptologist who told me "before Israel, there was nothing, only poverty and deserts. When Israel was created, the Middle east has been built, has progressed with cities and roads". I want to believe that, because once, I had to chose which kind of information I was willing to hear and which kind of world I was willing to build.
Palestinian people are the hostages of international conflicts largely manipulated from the East to the West, North and South. I blame France for that. I blame the General de Gaulle for that. I blame Valery Giscard d'Estaing for that. And I blame Jacques Chirac for that, because selling Osirak to Iraq after World War I, World War II and the conflicts between Israel and the Arab countries, this was the kind of choice that largely transformed the Middle East before any other first or second Gulf War.
I want to have a dream, that of a society made equal and fair to the people because the religions are able to open their heart and love. I am white and I shall blame the Christian religions to maintain the hate against the Jews in the Bible because they force me to have allegiance to Jesus while I would only have to worship God. I would be able to learn history, the evolution of the people, the humanity, the changes over the many societies without hate dictated from a Bible.
I once made the choice to support Israel because I believe in the good of religions, having compassion, being able to communicate, create links, make projects, build a society made good and equal. I once made the choice to no more hear the many insults and reasons other people would give to build the terror. I once made the choice to open my eyes and see what the modern society gave to me, and what this society would have be without the Jewish people. Maybe something sad governed by a kind of authoritarianism I would not love.
I have a dream for a better world, and I will draw it because sometimes the words are not enough. And I invite the people to dream and to draw too. The Power Flower is everywhere in the air and in the dreams of young people. Peace is the only achievement of it.
