Service Description

I have been in Real Estate since 1989. I am graduated in architecture and can offer any service from land search, visits, estimates, drafting design, assisting with paperwork, permits, managing construction and repair, audit of costs and plans. For property search and investments, I work with several real estate agents all around the Los Angeles area. I select properties, see the potentialities, I organize your visits and I assist your investment into real estate. The minimum time is 2 hours. Any additional time is charged $75/hour, what include my time and mileage to go to your property. Any costs from repair, permits, external companies is additional and paid by you. I don't pay anything in advance unless I am provided petty cash.
