Service Description

The classes will teach you tricks to get your children into healthy food. How to involve them, do the errands with them, cook with them, give them responsibilities, help them grow healthy and responsible. The service includes 2 hours classes and I can take up to 7 people. During each session, I leave a booklet of ideas and of things to try with your kids.
