Service Description

I make the menus with healthy recipes. The menus come with the description of the composition, why I chose those ingredients. I make the shopping list on Instacart. You just have to buy the ingredients and follow the weekly program. I work one full day to prepare next week menus and I prepare the shopping list for each day. You just have to buy the list on Instacart to proceed with your menus. If you plan to hire me more than one week, I manage the pantry from the previous orders.
