I organize degustations on wines, spirits, cheeses, salts, herbs and spices.
For the degustations, I cook recipes that will enhance the different flavors and I organize my degustations with a lecture on the history of the different products, health informations, books and recipes. The degustations can be followed with cooking lessons on the recipes you have chosen.
The price includes the cost of the products and my time to organize each session. A session is planned to last for 2 hours tasting, lecture and talking.
