Service Description

I make as built drawings, then I design on Sketchup and incorporate your project in the Sketchup drawing. I make an aesthetic design without any engineering. I correct my design when I build the project myself or you can provide the plans to an external company who will provide the engineering on the drafts we make for the project. I am paid by the hour but we can agree a fixed amount of time on a contract and limit the project to the terms of the contract.
